New Sleeping Bags from Vango

With precise testing at the Institue Français Textile – Habillement (IFTH), state of the art insulation and branded components, Vango's sleeping bag collection leads the way.

New for Summer 2003 is the Yeti range with a unique, two-footed, fleece lined design for comfort and ease of movement. Constructed from Polair® II with Insulite® filling, the Yeti provides lightweight durability for the camper or traveller looking for two to three season performance.

The Venom range has been updated and is now constructed from Polair® Micro RSP fabric, which is highly wind resistant and downproof. The collection now features a compression sac as standard. Available in 150, 225, 300 and 400 weights, the Venom is the ultimate lightweight down sleeping bag.

The Ultralite collection for backpackers, mountain marathon competitors and adventure racers has been updated and restyled and also features a new midi size with a length of 180cm. The Ultralite has a tough, hardwearing outer fabric, a soft, wicking inner fabric and Insulite® micro filling. The range features various models, from the two-season 700 to the 1300, for three to four season comfort.

The collection also includes a square model. The omega construction and internal filled zip baffles create more heat retention and at 225cm long they will fit most users comfortably without being too heavy.
