The New Sherpa Boot from Aku

Leading Italian footwear brand AKU has improved and modified its range of lightweight, comfortable waterproof and breathable footwear for Winter 2002/2003.

The range includes four season mountaineering boots, three season trekking and dedicated women's and children's models, including its best selling models Extreme and Summit.

The new Sherpa model features a Vibram® Bigfoot outsole, which provides exceptional grip, high abrasion resistance and perfect traction on all types of terrain.

A great all-round multi-purpose breathable boot, the Sherpa features a water repellent suede and Air 8000 upper with Gore-Tex® giving a comfortable, supportive boot for the trail and multi-activity use.

Tour is a new approach shoe with a nubuck upper for increased comfort and breathability.

With contemporary styling and colourways combined with a functional Vibram outsole, the Tour provides exceptional performance for multi-activity use.

Aku is also introducing a new children's boot, Leo, with a suede and Air 8000 upper, water repellent lining and AKU outsole, the Leo provides stability and superb traction and is suitable for everyday wear.
