NB. Many of us have multiple email addresses which we use for different purposes. It may seem obvious, but make sure you are using the right one.
Q. How do I change my Account details such as my email address and/or password and/or my password hint/reminder.

Q. I've opened an Account with go4awalk.com - what are my log on details?
Your log on details are:
- Your Account Email - the email address you used when you opened your Account with go4awalk.com.
- You Account Password - the password you chose when you opened your Account with go4awalk.com.

Q. I've forgotten my password - and the password hint/reminder you emailed to me does not help. What can I do?
If your password HINT/REMINDER still does not help you recall your password then please contact us using our Feedback Form with as many details about your account that you can remember including:
- Which email address(es) you may have used to open your account
- Your home town
- Which walks you have downloaded
- Which find new walking friends messages you have replied to
- Any other information that might help us track you down
