In-use Test:

Material: Soft, very comfortable fabric. Quality feel. Looks great.

Fit: Tester: Male, 5'10", stocky build. Fitted me very well. Plenty of length to tuck into trousers. Short sleeves.

Wicking Properties: Very good. Performed well under load. Quickly wicked moisture away from the small of my back - preventing that cold clingy sensation often experienced when replacing your rucksack or back pack after a lunch break.

Buying Advice:

Good quality wicking base-layer at a good price.

• Bought this T-shirt from the regatta outlet, for £4.50, and worn it twice now, once during a hike up Pen-y-ghent, in 28 degree heat, and once during the worst wind and rain i've ever experienced whilst hiking the dovestone ridge walk this morning, and both times this t-shirt has performed above expectations, leaving me feeling dry and comfortable, what more can you ask for. I strongly recommend regatta gear, never been let down by it!!!
