Can your GPS Waypoints be put into the Satmap plus

Q. Hello, Could you tell me please if your walks with the GPS Waypoints can be put into the Satmap plus? I have tried the Satmap website but cannot find anything that says they can. I would like to buy the Satmap but it would be better if your GPS Waypoints could be down loaded to the unit. Many Thanks

A. We've not yet tried out the Satmap plus ... but I understand it supports GPS Waypoint in .gpx (GPS Exchange Format). Since all our GPS Waypoints are available in .gpx format, as long as the transfer to/from your PC is sound then you should be able to use our GPS Waypoint data with your Satmap plus.

We will contact Satmap and see if we can get hold of a unit for evaluation.

Sorry I can't offer a more definitive answer at the moment.
