My Preferred Walk Areas:
North West Scotland; North East England; North West England; Yorkshire; The English Midlands; The Heart of England; South West England;

A bit more about me:
I can cope with a little bit of scrambling if it is short and there are no steep drops. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I'm not bothered about dogs one way or the other. I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good. I can drive but do not have access to a vehicle.
I am also interested in:
- Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
- Wild Camping - Camping out in the wilds well away from anyone & any facilities;
- Peak Bagging - where the aim is to climb all the hills or mountains on a particular list such as 'bagging' all the Wainwrights or Munros;
- Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;
- Back Packing - Multi-day walks carrying all your gear & wild camping;
By putting my profile on here I am hoping to meet someone special.

Fine with me, I've got waterproofs. Sorry, but I really do not like walking with Dogs. I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good. I can drive and have a car.
