Richard Fulcher walked up Sergeant's Crag on June 24th, 2024 [from/via/route] Parked next to the red telephone box in Stonethwaite (7:50am). Crossed the bridge & turned right following Stonethwaite Beck. Crossed river at Smithmire Island & followed the path on the other side of Greenup Gill to second pasture, turning right to follow the wall steeply up to Bleak How following Wainwright's route 'A'. Some climbing / scrambling required but nothing out of the ordinary for a 66 year old! After Eagle Crag I followed vague paths over the boggy terrain to Sergeant's Crag & then headed for Long Crag, finding a small path that traces the top of this crag & then crosses the bridleway that joins up with Grasmere? Followed an intermittent path up to Ullscarf that follows an old fence line ( only the iron posts remain). After Ullscarf I retraced my steps back to the bridleway turning right to follow this path down the valley & back to Stonethwaite. [weather] Started warm & cloudy but as the day wore on the clouds disappeared & the sun was fierce! - Great views of many Lakeland mountain ranges from Ullscarf. The heat made the descent very taxing. The route down is rocky with many opportunities to break your ankle.

Tim Winn climbed Sergeant's Crag on March 24th, 2024 [with] Barry, Roger, Andy and Paul [weather] Sunny & clear.

Christine Shepherd bagged Sergeant's Crag on May 25th, 2008 [from/via/route] Walked from Borrowdale using c243 Climbed again using walk c189 on 15.10.21 on a stunning Autumn day. Climbed again from Rosthwaite with a lovely group from Mountain Madness. 12.11.23 We had been in sunshine climbing Eagle Crag but the weather turned & we approached this fell in sleet & strong winds. [with] On my own [weather] Sunny & warm - I really enjoyed this walk especially as the climb up Eagle's Crag had made for a great start to the day.

Pete George hiked Sergeant's Crag on May 20th, 2023 [from/via/route] Rosthwaite [with] Roco & Pete [weather] Warm & sunny

Geoff Hand summited Sergeant's Crag on March 7th, 2023 [from/via/route] From Rosthwaite, followed StonethwaiteBeck down the valley. Crossed the beck at Galleny force to climb Eagle crag. From Eagle crag proceeded up Sargeant's Crag [with] Tess [weather] Lovely cold clear day.

John Tippins conquered Sergeant's Crag on June 16th, 2022 [from/via/route] From Rosthwaite, c243 go4awalk [with] Alone [weather] Dry, sunny, warm & humid.

Richard Marchant scaled Sergeant's Crag on May 18th, 2022 [from/via/route] Parking the car in Stonethwaite I followed the Cumbria Way up the valley to Smithymire Island where I then headed South up the steep slope to Eagle Crag Summit. From here I carried on to Sergeant's Crag & then up to Low White Stones before turning & heading Northeast ridging around to Ullscarf then along to Coldbarrow Fell & Northwest to Dock Tarn. From here I quickly went up on to Great Crag then back track to the Tarn & descended down Tingy End back to Stonethwaite. [with] On my Own [weather] Dry Day & a bit overcast in the morning although it did become sunny & clear in the afternoon.

Paul Macey walked up Sergeant's Crag on June 24th, 2021 [from/via/route] Walk 369 [with] Luke [weather] Sunny intervals rain at end

Richard Marshall climbed Sergeant's Crag on June 13th, 2021 [from/via/route] Eagle Crag [with] Andy & Roxy [weather] Cloudy/Sunny warm

Dave Eyes bagged Sergeant's Crag on October 1st, 2020 [from/via/route] Parked at Stonethwaite. Walked up the valley to Eagle Crag & ascended by the direct route up the front face. Walked along the ridge to Sergeants Crag. Carried on past & eventually descended down the side into the valley by langsthwaite beck. Walked back along the valley [with] Christine Eyes, John and Martine Power [weather] Lovely Sunny Day with the odd burst of rain - Brilliant Views mostly
