Back down to White Stones & across to Dodd. Returned down the forestry track in Longside Wood. Did not proceed to point 2 on the suggested route but instead took short cut as shown on the diagram. Rest of the route was followed rigidly. Arrived back at the hotel at 1320hrs. Thoroughly enjoyable day. Other walkers present also making the most of the weather.
