Walking from Brighton to Aylesbury
Q. Hi
I want to walk from Brighton to Aylesbury. Its a bit of a mad art project idea I have and Aylesbury is where I grow up, so I want to walk back there documenting my experiences etc.
However, I have no idea about how to start planning a route? Anybody got any ideas or suggestions? I don't suppose there is a trail that goes from Brighton to London or anything is there?
Cheers

A. Digital Mapping on CD is really useful for this kind of thing - try Fugawi, Anquet or Memory Map and go for the Landranger 1:50000 Scale products to keep the costs down.
Also take a look at The Vanguard Way which does the 106km (66miles) from Newhaven to East Grinstead. It is waymarked by named discs and should get you some of the way there.
Hope this helps
