A. We used The Sherpa Van Project last year and they managed not to lose anything!

A. Sometimes the walking holiday company Celtic Trails, who arrange walking holidays with luggage transfer included along Offa's Dyke Path can be persuaded to do baggage only on the Path.
They did it for me and my partner on the southern section last year. However, this can be quite costly - £6 per bag per transfer, based on 2 bags per day.
It's worth trying them, they seem a very obliging company.
