Continued over ridge after lunch to old shooting hut, through forest track to a wall (left turn)which gave a short cut via a dis-quarry back to The Hause. [with] Mandy-wife. Andrew-son. Victoria-daughter. Siobhan-sons girlfriend. [weather] Sunny & cloudy but mainly warm sunshine. Bit breezy at the summit. - Thoroughly enjoyable walk up steep ascent & excellent views for a small fell. The Ullswater way was a lovely ramble & the waterfall area was very interesting & enjoyable. Apple Watch gave us a rough distance of just over 11 kilometres.
