Motor Bikes and The Pedders Way
Q. Can you please tell me whether there is any part of the Pedders Way which is legally usable by responsible motor bike riders.
Thank you for reading this note
Jill Morris, Colchester
A. The only part of the Pedders Way that is legally usable by motor bike riders (responsible or otherwise) are the parts that follow a public highway.
Motor vehicles of any kind are not permitted on any other part of the Pedders Way - or indeed any other footpath or bridleway in the UK.
Hope this is clear
