Walking The Knightley Way?
Q. Hi, on walk no119 Everdon Hill from Badby, it mentions a trail named the 'Knightley Way'.
Are there any other details on the site for this trail?
I've searched for Knightley etc. but no luck

A. The charming hotel at Fawsley Hall has literature on the Knightley Way. The two page handout has a portion of Knightley Way from Fawsley to Badby, from Fawsley to The Dower House, and a 6.5 mile Parkland Walk that runs from Badby to Little Everdon and back to Fawsley. I did not take this last walk, though the handout states that there are stiles as markers and signposts topped by large round discs regularly alont the route. Hope this helps.

A. The Knightley Way was Northamptonshire's first County Path. It was opened in 1972 on established public rights of way and it stretches between Badby and Greens Norton.
Much of the route passes through attractive countryside formerly owned by the Knightley family of Fawsley Hall.
Hope this helps
