Toe Pain When Walking
Q. Hi! I'm fairly new to hillwalking and although I love it I've noticed on long walks I start to get sharp/aching pain on the under side of my toes- not the pads but underneath the joints. I feel like maybe they need more support in spite of having good hiking boots and thick socks. Any suggestions on what products might work to help alleviate some of the pain? Or whether it could be caused by poor-fitting shoes, etc? Thanks!
