Recommendation For Good Boot Fitting Service, Kendal Area
Q. I have trouble buying boots as i think i have a high instep which means that many shoes and most boots i try are too tight across the top of my foot. As a consequence, i have tended to buy walking shoes rather than boots. Currently I have some Northface Hedgehog and Merrell chameleon shoes. The NF are very comfortabe, even after long walks, but provide little support. The Merrells give me bruised toes after a few miles. I really need the support of some proper boots, but need to make sure they are properly fitted. I will be in Kendal in a few weeks which should be a good oportunity to sort this out. Can anyone recommend a shop there that provides a good fitting service?
