Access Points Open Access Areas
Q. How do you find the authorised Access Points for Open Access Areas? I've just found out how to do it in Lancashire. However, this doesn't seem to work in adjacent areas, such as Blackburn unitary authority, etc. Is there some source we can use across the country? Do all authorities have to provide a GIS system with PROWS clearly marked?
