Wheelchair Access for an invalid carriage or buggy
Q. My means of transport in the countryside is a 'Tramper'; a very tough, hardy invalid carriage or buggy. When I go for a 'walk' I need to know if there are any styles or other hazards on the route. Is there a way of finding this out at the planning stage?
