Tick Bites when hiking in Austria

Q. I read with interest the comments on tick bite areas in the UK. However, I'm hiking in Austria this summer (Tyrol & Salzburg Lakes area) and cycling the River Danube from Linz to Vienna.

My question is, is there any information or knowledge available on tick bite risk in those areas ?
