Parking A Motorhome At Ladybower Reservoir
Q. Hello there I hope you are well?
Please can you help us? We are coming over to walk around the Ladybower Reservoir from Friday evening until Sunday evening. We are taking our motorhome and will be staying at Hardhurst Farm (in the village of Hope). As our motorhome is our only means of transport when we get there, we were wondering where can we park our motorhome in order for us to walk around the reservoir???
Annette Stephen,
A. There is plenty of parking for a Motorhome on the access road that leads from the A57 (Snake Pass) to Fairholmes Car Park at Derwent Reservoir Dam.
Fairholmes Car Park itself though has quite narrow entrances and exits so you might be best not to avoid it.
For some walks in the area see: Walks from Ladybower Reservoir
Hope this helps
