Walking For Weight Loss
Q. I walk long distances fairly frequently. What I want to know is that as I carry a rucksack with say 28 pounds of weight in it do I add 28 pounds to my weight when trying to assess how many calories I'll lose?
It seems to make sense but I could be wrong!
As I weigh 15 stone without the rucksack how many calories am I likley to burn off per mile.
Thanks to anyone who is kind enough to respond.
