Carn Aosda
917m (3010ft)
The Tarf and Tilt Hills (East), The West Mounth - Blair Atholl to Braemar and Blairgowrie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland
The summit of Carn Aosda is marked by a small cairn.
In good weather Carn Aosda, Carn a' Gheoidh and The Cairnwell are the three easiest Scottish Munros to climb if tackled from Glen Shee. Sadly, this joy is short lived due to the ugly mess the Glenshee Ski development has made of the area. There are however fine views from the summits of all three.
