  • Laggan (Badenoch) to Laggan (Loch Lochy) via the River Spey, Loch Spey, Garvamore and Melgarve, Loch Spey to Turret Bridge via the River Roy & then Glen Turret, Allt Teanga Bige & Allt an t-Sidhein to the South
  • Laggan (Loch Lochy) to Inverness via the Caledonian Canal, Loch Oich and Loch Ness from to the North West

If you count only the Murdos there are 6 tops to climb, bag & conquer and the highest point is Carn Dearg (Monadhliath Mountains) at 946m (3,104ft).
