Scottish Region 24: The Outer Hebrides (Western Isles) region which have at least one baggable hill on it comprise:
- The Isle of Lewis & Harris
- The Isle of North Uist
- The Islands of St Kilda
- The Barra Islands and
- The Shiant Islands
