The Laggan Mountains area of Scottish Region 9: The Glen Roy & Monadhliath Mountains region is the area enclosed by an imaginary line connecting:
- Laggan (Loch Lochy) to Laggan (Badenoch) via Allt an t-Sidhein, Allt Teanga Bigethe, Glen Turret, Turret Bridge, the River Roy, Loch Spey, Melgarve and Garvamore to the North
- Laggan (Badenoch) to Gairlochy via Loch Laggan, Roybridge & Spean Bridge to the South East
- Gairlochy to Laggan (Loch Lochy) via Loch Lochy & the Great Glen to the North West
If you count only the Murdos there are 11 tops to climb, bag & conquer and the highest point is Creag Meagaidh at 1,128m (3,702ft).
