100 Mile walk in the Peak District
Q. Hi I understand there is a 100 mile walk from the lower peak to the high peak of the peak district. Do you have this walk on your web site? If not would you be able to direct me to where I could purchase or see the route please? This would be a great help. I will be organising a charity walk encompassing the whole 100 miles over a period of days. The Charity has not been decided on yet but will be one of the Cancer Research Charities. If you have any information it would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks for a great web site.

A. Don't know of a 100 mile linear route in the Peak District - but there is an unofficial circular route called 'The Peakland Way' devised by John Merrill which links existing footpaths and rights of way to create a 97 miles (156km) circular walk starting and finishing in Ashbourne. There is a book available describing the route from all good book sellers.
Hope this helps . . .
