Walking The St Oswalds Way

Q. Recently completed The Hadrian's Wall Path (to Tynemouth) in under 4 days, first real walk. Now got the bug! Could St Oswald's way be completed in the same and what is the terrain like, as one of the group struggled at times on the hills?
