Camper Van Parking in the street
Q. About 3 weeks ago a campervan arrived in our street. It has been parked except for the weekends. Cars have to come right out to the other side of the road to pass it as there is only room for 2 cars on this road. We have discovered that the owner lives about 3 miles away in another district, have we any rights against this parking.
John Mcgurk, Sunbury-on-thames
A. He / She has the same right as you to park a motor vehicle on the street as long as has tax and MOT and it makes me laugh that just because its a little bigger you think you have more rights than them.
Jerry Grace, Poole
