Points of Interest/Notes on this walk:
Only the belfry and part of the west wall remain of St Brynach Church at Cwm-yr-Eglwys - which is Welsh for 'valley of the little church'. Built in the twelfth century, it was wrecked by a huge storm in October 1859 which also claimed over 100 ships.

The highest point of this walk is Pen y Fan (Dinas Head) at 142m (466ft). Pen y Fan (Dinas Head) is known as a Welsh Bridget. The summit of Pen y Fan (Dinas Head) is marked by an Ordnance Survey Trig Point.

Part of this walk follows a section of The Pembrokeshire Coast Path, a 299km (186 miles) linear footpath connecting Amroth in Pembrokeshire, with St Dogmaels in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
