Aran Fawddwy is also known as a Welsh Nuttall (17th highest in Wales, 26th highest in England & Wales) and a Welsh Marilyn (7th highest in Wales, 228th highest in the UK).
The summit of Aran Fawddwy is marked by an Ordnance Survey Trig Point.
Completing this walk will also take you to the top of Aran Benllyn at 885m (2905ft). Aran Benllyn is classified as a Welsh Mountain (Hewitt) (20th highest in Wales, 32nd highest in England & Wales)
Aran Benllyn is also known as a Welsh Nuttall (22nd highest in Wales, 37th highest in England & Wales).
You will also reach the summit of Erw y Ddafad-ddu at 872m (2861ft). Erw y Ddafad-ddu is classified as a Welsh Mountain (Hewitt) (22nd highest in Wales, 37th highest in England & Wales)
Erw y Ddafad-ddu is also known as a Welsh Nuttall (24th highest in Wales, 42nd highest in England & Wales).
