Walking and Hiking Photo:
Frozen tree en-route to Worcestershire Beacon

During early February the night temperatures plummeted well below zero even in the South East of England. On the journey to Worcestershire the recorded temperature in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire was between -10 to -11.5 degrees Centigrade. As the Sun rose the temperature eased to -8 degrees and on a clear and crisp morning produced amazing surreal scenes. This photo and the next 4 were from the ascent of North Hill going South towards the Worcestershire Beacon.
