Camper van parked outside my neighbour's house

my neighbor parks his camper van outside his house but it is so long it is also outside my house and no where to park my car and the constant view from my bay window is the side of a caravan as the camper van never moves as they have a other vehicle they use for getting around in they use it once in a blue moon for a weekend away ??
