Any difference between a Garmin GPS bought in different countries?

Hi, I'm based in Germany and its more convenient for me to buy a GPS here. I'm thinking of Garmin Etrex 10. However I want to be able to set it for use in the UK showing OS grid refs. Will I be able to set the position format and map datum on a model bought in Germany?
