Got an answer to the following Walking/Hiking question?

Walking the Cape Wrath Trail - What Fuel/Stove To Take?

Hi, has anyone got advice on what kind of stove to take? I normally use a gas pocket rocket, but am worried that I won't be able to buy enough gas on the way., without carrying loads of gas bottles.

Should I consider using a meths stove? I noticed some people have posted supplies ahead on there route anyone have any experiences of this?
