Legal Issues for Walk Leaders

I am currently organising walks for people who are interested in my office. I have stated in my e-mails inviting people on a walk that they are responsible for their own safety etc as I am not a mountain or walking leader. Are there any legal issues I need to be aware of? As the organiser am I legally responsible in any way?
