Got an answer to the following Walking/Hiking question?

Waterproof Walking Boots

Hi have tried Hi Tec Eurotrek and Altitude 1V both of which leak around lower right (where top meets sole). I think its because I have a broad foot. Can you recommend an all season waterproof walking boot for use around South Wales using fields and pathways walking my Labrador in some fairly foul weather? I take size 9 and i think a boot with a width option would do the business. Many thanks.
