Walking Grades for go4awalk Walks?
Q. Hi Editor
As a newcomer to the world of walking (well OK I've been walking for 50 years but you know what I mean) I have subscribed to your web site and brilliant it is. But I can't seem to find out about the classification you use for walks.
What is a grade 6? equivalent to a 2 hour session in the gym, running a half marathon or a stroll round the shops. If you could point out on your site where I can find this info it would be helpful as weather permitting I have been asked to join a group walking Calder Idris (grade 6!). I'm fit but fit enough?
Perhaps a beginners section might be a useful addition to the site.
Thanks
