I am a Female Walker, in my late 60s, based near South Yorkshire

My Message: I am a very active 69yr old with a fun sense of humour and enjoy interesting conversation, have a wide range of interests.
Have done some activity holidays which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Enjoy walking but also like to have the opportunity to take in the scenery and wildlife. Love hill walking but also enjoy coastal walks where can take in a dip in the sea. I
am retired and intend to live it to the full, anyone out there feel the same?

A bit more about me:

When it comes to Scrambling & Edges I'm OK with the occasional edge or scramble but don't go looking for it. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I like walking with dogs but do not have one of my own. I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good. I can drive and have a car.

I am also interested in:

• Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
• Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;
• Mountain Biking
• Skiing and/or Snowboarding

I am not actively looking for anyone other than a new walking companion but if that right person came along . . .
