I am a Male Walker, in my late 50s, based near East Anglia

My Message: Hi,
I am an experienced walker who enjoys spending time in the Peak district, Lake District, North Yorkshire Moors.
I am looking for a walking or socialising partner to enjoy some of these areas with me - or perhaps someone who can show me their favourite places to walk:)

i would love to meet up with someone for either leisurely(or strenuous) walks, in any part of the UK, weekends away perhaps, general sightseeing etc.

A bit more about me:

I can cope with a little bit of scrambling if it is short and there are no steep drops. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I like walking with dogs and will bring my own. Even if I say so myself, I consider my map reading & navigation skills to be excellent. I can drive and have my own Campervan/Motorhome.

I am also interested in:

Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
Wild Camping - Camping out in the wilds well away from anyone & any facilities;
Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;
Skiing and/or Snowboarding

I am not actively looking for anyone other than a new walking companion but if that right person came along . . .
