I am a Female Walker, in my early 70s, based near Criccieth

My Message: I am a looking for people to walk with around the North Wales area area. I am very familiar with the mountains in the area. I am in my very early 70s and mountain fit but will participate in low level walks as well. I do not mind walking with any gender or age group.

A bit more about me:

When it comes to Scrambling & Edges I'm OK with the occasional edge or scramble but don't go looking for it. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I like walking with dogs but do not have one of my own. I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good. I can drive and have a car.

I am also interested in:

• Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
• Wild Camping - Camping out in the wilds well away from anyone & any facilities;
• Peak Bagging - where the aim is to climb all the hills or mountains on a particular list such as 'bagging' all the Wainwrights or Munros;
• Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;
• Back Packing - Multi-day walks carrying all your gear & wild camping;
• Road Cycling

I am not actively looking for anyone other than a new walking companion but if that right person came along . . .
