I am a Male Walker, in my late 50s, based near Bournemouth

My Message: I live in Bournemouth down in sunny Dorset, I'm easy going and looking for a hiking buddy to share adventures and more with, both here in the UK and abroad.
I've hiked in the Sierra Nevada in Spain and other National parks and walked the Camino de Santiago in 2015 which was great. Also love the Alps and Pyrenees and would like to try other places.
Also like mountain biking, kayaking, watersports, skiing.
Completed Mountain Leader training in July 2014.

A bit more about me:

When it comes to Scrambling & Edges I'm OK with the occasional edge or scramble but don't go looking for it. I'm happy to walk in all weathers - sunshine, snow, hail, wind & rain - bring it on. I like walking with dogs but do not have one of my own. I'd say my map reading & navigation skills are pretty good. I can drive and have my own Campervan/Motorhome.

I am also interested in:

Camping on Campsites - Camping where there is a shop, toilets, showers & possibly a pub;
Wild Camping - Camping out in the wilds well away from anyone & any facilities;
Peak Bagging - where the aim is to climb all the hills or mountains on a particular list such as 'bagging' all the Wainwrights or Munros;
Long Distance Path Walking - Multi-day walks like The Pennine Way, Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk;
Back Packing - Multi-day walks carrying all your gear & wild camping;
Mountain Biking
Skiing and/or Snowboarding
Bodyboarding, Surfing, Kayaking
