What Gear Should You Bring With You On Benin Nevis?

I am 52 year old female and have climbed Croagh Patrick in Mayo in kerry a few times and last year did snowdon which is much of the same distance except the Devils ladder is a lot harder in carrontouhill. I have hill walked and cycled ring of kerry a few times am reasonably fit for my age. As the distance is only a few thousand metres more I'm up for the challenge. what is the weather like in July? And what gear should I bring?
