How To Bag A Mountain Top

Hi, I would like to record which mountains I have walked/climbed but some of which were before my account with go4awalk and some have been done via my own planned walk and some from those that I have down loaded a while ago. I don't know how to confirm which mountains I have climbed. I would like to keep a list on this site that is accurate rather than just a list I have ticked at home. Is this possible. Ie, can I just click on say, a wainwright and confirm that I have reached the summit?
