What to take for walking up Snowdon

Hi Quick question. I am walking Snowdon in july for the mac millans. We are doing the llanberris path. I just want to ask what stuff i should be taking up with me i.e. do i need to take a fleese ect. I am new to this, but wanted to help a fantastic charity. Thank you in advance john
