Answer a walking and hiking question
Got an answer to the following Walking/Hiking question?
Hi there, My partner, sister and boyfriend are going to be hiking up Mt. Snowdon at the beginning of August and were just wondering which is the easiest route? We'll only have basic gear i.e. walking boots, hiking jacket etc so no climbing, just walking. I got the train up there last year and there did seem to be a lot of people walking up what looked like quite steep paths without the right gear. We just want a safe, fairly easy route for us beginners to the top. I heard that Llanberis is fairly easy but there are also lots of fatalities on there each year so wanted to be sure. Any help you can give would be greatly received. Thanks, Jodie
