Charity Walk In The Lake District

Hello I'm organising a charity walk in the Lake District any ideas around 7 to 9 miles for the moderates if you can help me with a few ideas I'd appreciate it. Last May we done the Gowbarrow Fell to Aira Force circular and the folks from work seemed to enjoy that. If you have any ideas I want to to do the Striding Edge Helvelyn thing but I'm not going to do that with work. We have all shapes and sizes and I dont think 50% would enjoy it, if you catch my drift.
