Hostels With Camping/dog Facilities Along Hadrian's Wall!

Hi all

A group of us are planning to walk Hadrian's Wall soon. I'll have my dog with me and am happy to camp if necessary, but the others would prefer a hostel to camping, so we either need;

1. hostels/bunkhouses that allow dogs or

2. hostels/bunkhouses that have camping facilities
