Clothing for climbing Snowdon in July

Hi ya well I have just had a triple heart by-pass on july 7 2010 and now looking to climb Snowden [Snowdon] up the Watkings path [Watkin Path]. Don't worry I am very fit after the opp [operation] but need some guidance regarding clothing. We set out on July 23. I am getting all sorts of feed back but none telling me the sort of kit I will need. Please can you help
