Walking the Saints Way - Camping With Dogs?

Hoping to walk the Saints Way beginning of June, 4 adults and 4 dogs (responsible owners who pick up poo and have their dogs on leads around stock etc). I have to take the walking a bit slower these days so thinking to do over 3 or even 4 days if we can find campsites and or B & B's en-route. Any ideas or tips for this walk would be gratefully received.
