Climbing Snowdon for Charity

Can anyone advise me about walking up Snowdon. We have a charity event planned for cancer research at the end of April. There wiil be about 30 participants as we have organised this through our company. No one is an experienced climber allthough one or two people have climbed Snowdon in the past.

Who would be the best people to contact to make sure it is done safely?
