Got an answer to the following Walking/Hiking question?

Bagpacking in The Lake District

Hi,

Me and a few friends are looking to go bagpacking in the Lake District.

Ideally we would like to walk or hike between camp sites. And would like to spend 4-5 days doing so.

My question is this possible to walk between them? And also if it is what would be a good route and which sites to go between?
